Herne Hill SE24 is a short hop from East Dulwich through Dulwich Park. Victorian terraces off Half Moon Lane, 1930s semis near Brockwell Park, and everything in between. The Sunday Market crowd are among my favourite customers.
Herne Hill sits just west of my home patch, so SE24 is an easy run for me. The streets around Half Moon Lane and Brockwell Park are mostly solid Edwardian and Victorian family houses — generous rooms, original features, and the maintenance list that comes with a hundred-year-old home.

The regular jobs here are interior decorating with proper preparation, repairing and draught-proofing sash windows, fitting shelving and alcove units, hanging and adjusting internal doors, and the running repairs that period houses always seem to need before a season changes.
