Most of my repeat customers don't call me for one job — they call me for the list. The squeaky door, the wobbly shelf, the curtain pole that came down, the TV that never got wall-mounted. I'll work through it in one visit.

How I work

Send me photos of everything that needs doing on WhatsApp. I'll estimate the time, come for half a day or a full day, and work through the list efficiently. Usually much cheaper than booking three separate tradesmen for small jobs.

Can I book you for a "half-day list"?
Yes — the most efficient way to work through multiple small jobs. Send photos first, I'll confirm what I can complete in the time and book you in.
Do you do end-of-tenancy snag lists?
Yes — filling holes, touch-up paint, re-fixing, re-grouting, re-siliconing. Get your full deposit back instead of paying through-the-nose to a managing agent.
Can you mount a TV to the wall?
Yes — fixed, tilting or articulating brackets. On brick, timber studs or plasterboard with correct fixings. 30–60 minutes.
